Product & Innovations Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Product & Innovations Manager to drive our future business. Forward thinking and commercially minded, the successful candidate will be a champion for innovation; which continues to be central to the success of our strategy in both our UK and International markets.

This role reports directly to the Global Marketing Director; you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver all new product and product innovation projects; incorporating all stages of the product life cycle. This will require the effective management of all project resource, budgets, risks and interdependencies. You will also be responsible for developing and establishing processes for Go/No Go decisions on all new product ideas.

To be successful in this role you will have worked to PRINCE 2 or similar project management methodologies, and have experience of delivering new product projects; ideally within a manufacturing environment. You will be able to lead and develop a team, build strong internal and external relationships and have the ability to communicate our vision to all colleagues and stakeholders.
